Essential Duties:

  • Safely operating a heavy or tractor-trailer truck

  • Loading and unloading cargo

  • Completing pre- and post-trip checks

  • Properly tracking and documenting activity log

  • Reporting any issues to the Logistics Coordinator

  • Working and cooperating with management, customers, & job supervisors

  • Accurately using and maintaining all Hillen Corporation equipment

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check

  • Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license (Class A or B Commercial Driver's License)

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be willing to work hard, learn, and be part of a team environment

  • Must be safety-oriented

  • Dependable, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Proactive & self-motivated

  • Working indoors & outdoors with the possibility of adverse weather conditions

  • Flexible availability to work days/nights/weekends
